– Strategic direction and C-level consulting to clients in the healthcare, professional services, and private equity sectors, focusing on corporate strategy, transformation, growth and innovation, and transaction support (sell- and buy-side, carve-out, and post-merger integration)
– Experience in M&A support for private equity and corporate clients, including commercial due diligence (50+ due diligence projects), valuation analysis, and carve out post-merger integration planning (over 20Bn in transaction value).
