How can I prepare my organization for upcoming Mega Trends, Economic Down turns or Disruptions? What does this future world look like and which of our products are going to stay, change or phase out? This is the constant challenge of Executives and Founders.
In the dramatically changing automotive space my team and I created our own vision in stories and multiple futuristic prototypes (Red Dot and German Design Award) shown at the CES 2016-2019 clearly defining the product roadmap with Innovations for our Division and other affected Divisions of Bosch to actively drive the Transformation.
Being a dual citizen (USA/Germany) with global leadership experience and work experience in the US, Germany and Switzerland I see myself as a cultural ambassador facilitating the mutual understanding of the different work and leadership styles. To further emphasize this, I started an education as an executive Coach.
