Dr. Schellhaas holds a PhD in psychology and is the founder of zentor, the digital mentor for the pursuit of happiness. Before founding zentor, he worked in board and management positions of various companies in international roles for over 15 years – including as a manager for a top strategy consultancy „Bain“ in Germany and the USA, as managing director for a career platform and as global CMO for a successful startup.
